Antioch Pump Station & Conveyance System Improvements Project – Engineering Services RFP

Delta Diablo is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Engineering Services for the Antioch Pump Station & Conveyance System Improvements Project. The selected Consultant will conduct an alignment study and evaluate long-term infrastructure investment needs based on previous analysis and updated condition assessment findings, as described in the Request for Proposal.

Proposals, meeting all of the RFP requirements, must be submitted to the District no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2024.

Cogeneration System Improvements

Delta Diablo (District) is seeking bids from qualified firms interested in providing construction for the Cogeneration System Improvements Project (Project). The Contractor will work in close coordination with the Owner’s Representative and/or Construction Representative to administer the construction contract for the Project.

Specific major elements of the Project include the following improvements:

• Demolition of the existing and replacement with a new cogeneration engine, digester gas conditioning equipment, exhaust systems, and boiler
• Upgrades to electrical, control infrastructure
• Demolition of an existing digester gas storage sphere

IT Office Remodel & Site Security Improvements Project

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for construction services for the removal and replacement of the existing carpet, paint, ceiling tiles and other items as described in the Contract Documents. The Work is to be completed at both the Treatment Plant Admin. and Plant Operation Center Buildings. The Bidder shall supply the equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals required to perform the Scope of Work as described in the Contract Documents.

Engineers Estimate: $90,000

The District is seeking letter proposals from qualified firms interested in providing as-needed construction management and inspections services, including design and constructability review, construction administration and change order management, inspection, materials testing, project controls, environmental compliance monitoring, start-up and commissioning assistance, and document control, as described in the Request for Letter Proposal (RFLP).

Letter proposals, meeting all of the RFLP requirements, must be submitted to the District no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, July 12, 2024.
