Delta Diablo’s Finance Committee Chair, Personnel Committee Chair, and Ad Hoc Recycled Water Committee Chair are appointed every January by the Board of Directors.  Committee meetings are held on an as-needed basis and are attended by the Committee Chair and members of staff.
